The NEOM Tourism Demand Model provides projections for visitors, room nights, and occupancy based on current asset development plans within NEOM. Results are available annually for the 2026–2050 period, segmented by NEOM region, tourist type, hotel positioning, and the origin and income bracket of leisure travelers. The dashboard enables users to explore various scenarios and parameters. These results support strategic assessments such as evaluating the impact of ADR changes on visitation, occupancy, and revenue; identifying hotel positions likely to experience over- or under-demand based on current plans; and analyzing how adjustments in one region may influence demand across other NEOM regions, among other insights.
